Surrounded by nightlife since her early years in South Florida, Jessica Gentile discovered her obsession with late night club music. Powered by Miami Bass, Breaks, and Grime, she moved to NYC and began her rise to nightlife fame by DJing local events, earning notoriety for her deep knowledge of electronic genres, and her particular expertise in bass. Her sets earned her various DJ nicknames from "JOLT", to "4AM JESS", and finally settling on a tribute to the X-Men character, JUBILEE, who generates fireworks, and is Wolverine's fierce sidekick. All her hard work and killer late night sets paid off! Now, when she's not jet setting around the globe to rock all kinds of different parties, Jubilee holds down her monthly residency @ the infamous "Flashing Lights" parties in NYC, along with a slew of infamous guests, and fellow residents DJ Ayres, and Nick Catchdubs. This year, Jubilee released the "PAYPUR EP", on the label Nightshifters, and was co-produced w/ Udachi. Since its release, it has seen nothing but critical, and audience acclaim worldwide. The track "SMOKE RINGS", off of that EP, jumped to the top of the charts and has been played by everyone under the sun, from Dubstep to House DJs alike, in their sets. The music video for "Smoke Rings" has been viewed over 10,000 times on YouTube and Vimeo. Jubilee has made mixes for likes of everyone including: Discobelle, Mishka, Krudmart, OldGold Boutique, and even an upcoming "Mix Up" for Triple J Radio. Jubilee has already played in almost every major US and Canadian city, as well as far away locals such as Australia, Berlin, Romania, Portugal, London, Iceland, and Munich. She has supported lineups on shows from intimate clubs to Festivals, with the who's who of the industry and huge headliners, the likes of: La Roux, The Presets, Green Velvet, Drop the Lime, and The Juan Maclean, just to name a very few. Jubilee is also the Publicity Director for her new dance music label, "Nightshifters", which has quickly become a name synonymous with Club Smashers. Discobelle has dubbed Jubilee "The most amazing lady of NYC", and Krudmart called her "Every DJ fanboy's ultimate fantasy". With press like that, its no wonder why everyone wants Jubilee playing at their event!
